Their attention to detail, custom capabilities, and reliable delivery schedule make them our preferred supplier. - GreenSpace Design Ltd We needed memorial benches with custom engraving for a park renovation. Branson Leisure delivered exceptional craftsmanship, handled the engraving in-house, and met our tight deadline without compromising quality. - Essex County Parks Department Frequently Asked Questions What hardwoods do you use for your benches? We primarily use sustainably sourced European oak and iroko hardwoods. Both species offer exceptional durability, weather resistance, and beautiful natural grain patterns that age gracefully. All timber is FSC-certified and treated with specialist preservatives for maximum lifespan in outdoor environments. Do you offer custom sizes and designs for commercial projects? Yes, bespoke manufacturing is our specialty. We work directly with architects, landscape designers, and project managers to create custom bench dimensions, configurations, and features. This includes curved benches, integrated planters, memorial plaques, specific fixings requirements, and project-specific finishes. We provide CAD drawings for approval before manufacturing begins. What's the typical lead time for commercial orders? Standard bench orders typically ship within 3-4 weeks. Bespoke or large-scale projects (50+ benches) may require 5-8 weeks depending on complexity and current workshop capacity. We provide accurate lead times during quoting and can often accommodate urgent project deadlines with prior notice. All orders include delivery tracking and installation coordination if required. Do you provide installation services? Yes, we offer professional installation services across the UK for commercial projects. Our experienced installation teams handle site preparation, precise placement, and secure fixing according to your specifications. Installation is quoted separately based on project location, size, and complexity. Many clients choose to use their own contractors, and we provide detailed installation guides with every order. What maintenance do hardwood benches require? Our hardwood benches require minimal maintenance. We recommend an annual cleaning with mild soap and water. For benches in high-traffic areas or coastal locations, reapplying a timber preservative every 2-3 years will maintain appearance and extend lifespan. Unlike softwood alternatives, our hardwood benches won't splinter, warp, or require frequent re-treatment. We provide a detailed maintenance guide with every order.
