An exquisite London property was undergoing a complete house and garden refurbishment which included an underground spa and gym facility.

The roof garden needed to deliver the highest quality contemporary design to accompany a water feature, hard landscape and planting.

Branson Leisure manufactured vent housing and two pergolas in weather-resistant Iroko for the garden area.

The vent housing was situated above the underground spa, on the upper terrace. It was styled with flush joints, to fit in with the contemporary aesthetic of the project and included a removable panel to allow maintenance access. It was also designed to be watertight, to protect the equipment housed inside.

The pergolas were carefully designed by Branson leisure with clean lines and flush joints and a half-lapped middle section. They were made in 6 inch / 152mm square Iroko, which was sourced by Branson in an uncommon size.

The products Branson Leisure provided matched the simple detailing required by the project. The bespoke design enabled the project to be completed without any compromise to the envisaged flow and aesthetics.
