The Dunmow Iroko hardwood bench is available for surface or root fixing and is the perfect bench for playgrounds, parks and all open spaces. The interesting design allows you to decide whether to have the arm on the left, right or both ends when ordering.
We can deliver or install any of our benches or street furniture anywhere in the UK.
The timber remains in its natural form with principal end grain waxed but water & other oil based finishes are available on request.
The Greenwich range is made from Iroko (Chlorophora excelsa) that is sourced from West Africa. This is a highly durable hardwood with an attractive grain that will withstand our weather all year round.We are particularly careful to buy our timber from countries belonging to the International Tropical Timber Organisation, all of which have accepted ITTO guidelines for the sustainable production of tropical timber.
By purchasing our products it ensures that the timber resource retains an economic value, thus providing an incentive to replant, manage and protect for the future.
