Agora Fold Down Steel Bollard

The bollard's finish is galvanised and painted in our custom colours, ensuring a sleek and modern appearance. The lock mechanism, painted in black RAL 9005, further adds to its aesthetic appeal while maintaining the solidity of the bollard. Notably, if the bollard is to be installed within five miles of the coast, we offer an additional weather treatment for the steelwork to provide extra protection against the elements.

- Fold-down design: Protective stop allows bollard to lay flat on ground when folded, eliminating trip hazards and enabling unobstructed access when required.
- Secure locking: Galvanised lock mechanism painted black RAL 9005 provides tamper-resistant operation and visual discretion.
- Robust construction: Ø 76 mm galvanised steel tube provides exceptional strength and impact resistance.
- Premium top caps: Five stylish options in cast steel, die-cast aluminium, or stainless steel enable aesthetic customisation.
- Easy installation: Concreted directly into ground using supplied fixing rods for secure, permanent placement.
- Low maintenance: Galvanised and painted finish resists corrosion and fading; occasional cleaning maintains appearance.
- Coastal protection: Optional hot-dip galvanising treatment available for installations within 5 miles of the coast.

The robust construction and high-quality materials ensure long-term performance with minimal upkeep.

The fold-down functionality enables flexible access management—bollards can be lowered for deliveries, emergency vehicle access, or events, then securely raised to restore pedestrian protection. This versatility makes the Agora Fold Down Bollard an ideal choice for dynamic urban environments where access requirements change regularly.

- Pedestrian zones: Enable temporary vehicle access for deliveries, emergency services, or events while maintaining security during normal operations.
- Retail and commercial: Manage access to loading bays, service courtyards, or outdoor dining areas with secure, fold-down protection.
- Parking areas: Control vehicle flow and protect pedestrian pathways with flexible, manually operated bollards.
- Public buildings: Secure government facilities, schools, hospitals, and cultural institutions with adaptable access management.
- Heritage and conservation areas: Decorative top cap options (City, Agora, Sphere) complement traditional streetscapes while providing modern functionality.

Available in our full palette of RAL colours plus five decorative top cap options in premium materials, the bollard can be tailored to complement existing streetscape elements or corporate branding.
