The British Heart Foundation has launched its powerful In Living Memory campaign to mark its 65th anniversary, placing 65 red memorial benches in communities across the UK.

Each bench shares the inspiring story of a survivor of cardiovascular disease—one of the more than 8 million people in the UK whose lives have been profoundly affected by this condition.
